Anthem Hayek Blanchard
Co-Founder, CEO & Director

A Co-Founder of Anthem Vault, Anthem Hayek Blanchard is the company’s Chief Executive Officer, also serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Anthem brings extensive knowledge of the gold and silver industry to the company. He was raised by legendary goldbug and precious metals pioneer, James U. Blanchard III, who helped restore Americans' right to own gold and also founded rare coin and bullion company, Blanchard & Company - once, the world’s largest. As Director of Strategic Development and Marketing with European-based GoldMoney, Anthem helped develop and implement their current business model, overseeing marketing and product development efforts which resulted in an increase of total value held by the company from $1 million in 2002 to $368 million by 2008; today, the company holds over $2 billion in client assets. He also assisted thousands of clients personally over the years, answering their questions regarding buying and selling gold and silver. From 2010-2013 Anthem served as an independent director and member of the audit committee, compensation committee and nominating committee at Pernix Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (ticker symbol: PTX, traded on NASDAQ MKT), a pharmaceutical company based in The Woodlands, Texas. Anthem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, with concentrations in Professional Accounting and Finance.

Cynthia Blanchard
Co-Founder, President & Director

A Co-Founder of Anthem Vault, Cynthia Blanchard is the company’s President and majority shareholder, also serving as a member of the Board of Directors. As the largest shareholder Cynthia’s ownership and leadership makes AnthemVault the premier minority owned and operated Financial Technology company in the world. Cynthia owned and operated Harry Max Music Publishing Company in Nashville, TN. She is also the author of the novel Humanville, which focuses on helping individuals overcome eating disorders. She helped start the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee (EDCT), and has been a national public speaker on the subject. An accomplished singer, Cynthia has contributed background vocals on numerous country albums including those of Reba McIntyre and the late Mindy McCready. She has performed on the Grand Ole Opry, having also toured internationally in Europe and Asia. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, performing her Masters studies in Arts Administration there and fulfilling her graduate internship at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center in Tulsa, OK.

Michael Nelson
Chief Strategy Officer

Michael Nelson brings more than twenty years of experience in internet marketing and telesales services to the company. He founded a multi-state ISP (Internet Service Provider) in 1997, and participated in multiple industry roll-ups of ISP customers. He founded M&M Communications in 2001, and then sold the company in 2004. He founded IPGEN in 2004 to hold various intellectual properties related to online marketing and telecommunications, selling the company’s telecom server platform in 2009. Michael also grew sales in telecommunications long-distance services and marketing to call centers, culminating in $22.4 million in revenues in 2008. Marshaling unique resources and contacts throughout the telephony and internet marketing industries, Michael founded Rhody Inc. in 2009, an internet marketing and data management company. He also founded GOI, a telecom compliance company and Research and Development company, which was recently acquired by an international telecom provider. Michael has been recognized by various organizations of which he is a Life Member, including NetImpact and Alpha Kappa Psi (The Professional Business Fraternity). Michael graduated from Norwich University (The Military College of Vermont) with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Economics.

Joshua Garrison
Executive Vice President of Technology

Josh Garrison is the company’s web development specialist. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a web developer for hotel reservation website Hotels Cheap (hotelscheap.org) and, before that, as a web developer for the internet directory Best of the Web (botw.org), where he gained valuable knowledge in commerce through websites (e-commerce), search engine optimization (SEO) and database design and implementation. Prior to his work as a web developer, Josh attended Lamar State College in Orange, TX, where he earned Associate degrees in both Information Technology and General Studies. During this time, he also worked as a Support Technician for Dell, providing computing telephone support for business and home customers.

Tracy Henckel
Controller

Tracy Henckel is the company’s controller. She brings over thirty years of accounting experience to Anthem Vault, as well as prior experience with small start-up companies plus large companies including Tropicana Hotel, MGM Mirage and Chevron. Prior to joining the company, Tracy was a Finance Manager from 2007 to 2013 with Gamblers General Store, a division of the U.S. Playing Card Company (a subsidiary of publicly-traded Jarden Company). She was responsible for the financial operations of the retail store, chip production and dice production, as well as ensuring compliance with PCAOB, AICPA and SOX rules. Tracy has worked for several major corporations’ accounting divisions in many capacities, with experiences as diverse as implementing new system changes, facilitating ownership changes and evaluating processes to improve efficiencies and maintain effective transitions while conserving low cost thresholds. Tracy attended the University of Phoenix in Tempe, AZ.

Andrew Fentiman
Director of Anthem Vault Professional

Andrew Fentiman sources partners and affiliates for mutually beneficial business relationships, primarily Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) for whom he sets up and coordinates the company’s sophisticated and proprietary online precious metals brokerage. With almost forty years of experience in high-end sales in luxury real estate and first-class travel, Andrew was a Top Ten Salesperson for Europe’s largest real estate company, a Professional Safari Guide and owner of a safari travel company with a discerning global clientele including American celebrities and European aristocracy. Andrew attended Cranleigh, one of England’s elite private boarding schools, subsequently graduating from Edinburgh University in Scotland with an MA Honors degree in Sociology. His previous experience at Anthem Vault includes Social Media Director (2012 to 2015) and Sales Director & Client Liaison (2015-2016). Born in Surrey in South-East England, Andrew came to America in the late 1980s.

Guy Martin
Director

In 2010, Guy was elected to the City Council of Conroe, TX, and he currently serves as Mayor Pro Tem for the city. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. Guy was also a Series 7 broker and financial advisor registered with NASD (the National Association of Securities Dealers). He is an experienced and certified mediator, real estate developer and financial market consultant. Councilman Martin serves as a member of the Conroe Finance and Personnel Committees, and he chairs the Legislative Committee that works with State Representative Brandon Creighton and State Senator Robert Nichols on legislation important to Conroe and Montgomery County. He is also a director of the CIDC (Conroe Industrial Development Corporation). Born and raised in Texas, Guy went to the University of Texas on a football scholarship and later earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's College of Law.

Brandon Berlanger
Director

Brandon Berlanger joined the company as a director in July 2015, but has been a shareholder and consultant with the company since its inception. Brandon was one of the founding members of Pernix Therapeutics and served as its U.S. Sales Director from 2007 to 2014, where he managed large sales teams across different therapeutic classes as well as leading the national launches of several key products. With a focus on sales and marketing, he consulted with several companies at different stages of their life cycle, spreading across numerous sectors of business including Biotech, Oil and Gas, Health & Nutrition, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Surgical Centers and Restaurants. Brandon currently serves as a director for Forward Science and Gator Fabrication. Brandon is a 2001 graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, where he was a member of a nationally ranked baseball team, being a 2013 inductee into the Tulane Athletic Hall of Fame.

Cooper Collins
Director

Cooper Collins is the founder of Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, Inc., (PTX: NASDAQ) where he currently serves as an advisor. Pernix is a specialty pharmaceutical company, primarily focused on the sales, marketing, manufacturing and development of branded, generic and OTC products. Cooper was a member of the Pernix Board of Directors from 2007 to 2014, serving as President and CEO of Pernix from 2008 until 2013. During his ten-year career at Pernix, he worked in every capacity from sales representative to the executive level, with responsibility for acquiring companies and products, attracting investors and increasing the overall efficiency of the organization. While serving as CEO, he guided the Company to an 800+% increase in sales. In 2010, Cooper was invited to ring the bell at the NYSE; at that time, he was the youngest CEO of a publicly traded pharmaceutical company. Cooper serves as a Board Member and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee for TherapeuticsMD, Inc., (TXMD:NYSE MKT), a women’s healthcare company which is focused on developing and commercializing products targeted exclusively for women. While serving on the board of TXMD, Cooper has helped the company grow its market capitalization by ten times to approximately $700 million. Cooper also serves on three other boards of privately owned companies. He is the Manager for biotech hedge fund Sigma Bleyzer and Chairman & CEO of Fortis BioPharma, both in Houston, TX. Cooper graduated from Nichols State University in Thibodaux, LA, with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Mark Heatwole
Director

Mark Heatwole is a Co-Founder and the President and Chief Operating Officer of TheraMind Services. Before founding the company, Mark served as President of Priva Technologies, a technology company engaged in the design and development of a unique platform for securely accessing and transferring confidential medical records and secure computer chips. Prior to joining Priva, Mark was a capital partner at Winston & Strawn, LLP, specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in high technology industries, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Mark graduated from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA, with a BA degree in Political Science, thereafter graduating from their School of Law with a Doctor of Law degree, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law.
